The Board of Social Responsibility and Rural Development (BSRRD) is one of the 5 Boards of The Methodist Church Ghana. The other Boards are Board of Education and Youth, Board of Administration, Board of Ministries, Board of Finance and Development. The core business of the BSRRD is to ensure wholistic development of the individual and his environment. The Board therefore sees to the social and development needs of its members and society. The Board's activities are informed by Biblical and theological concerns for the poor and the disadvantaged. It gives high priority to rural development and environment protection. |
